My names Marco and I’m the director of Mastro Italian Tiling Ltd.
The idea of Mastro Italian Tiling was born to honour the Artisan Masters I met during my journey (my father Giovanni in particular) for the precious teachings and knowledge I received.

My career starts in Busto Arsizio (VA) – big town of the North of Italy. I studied Art school and
over my apprenticeship I have gained knowledge and I felt great pleasure work in the constructions, as plasterer,painter,bricklayer,builder… and so that i could express my style and ability.
Consequently I felt a massive attraction in the tiling world, a mixture of geometry and design and so I’ve learnt how to tiling the Italian way, as my dad was also a great, rare Mastro and Tiler in the area.
In 2018 I decided to move in NZ, where I’ve had the pleasure to work and collaborate for some tiling business, which helped improving my skills even more, fascinated by the growing accuracy of the design in Auckland.
Impressed and thrilled by the details wanted in New Zealand, I decided to combine all my knowledge and experiences into one place, which is why I created Mastro Italian Tiling – a high quality service at 360°
